Francisco J. Hernández Estévez practices in various areas of law, including banking and finance law, business law, real estate, litigation, inheritance law, cybersecurity, and data protection, among others.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) Magna Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago de los Caballeros, where he was an active member of the Law Students' Committee. He began his professional career as a paralegal at our firm, distinguishing himself through his results and exceptional commitment.
Currently, he is pursuing multiple master’s degrees, including the Master's in Security and Data Protection from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, Spain, and the Master’s in Corporate Law from his alma mater. He also completed a Diploma in Company Law from Centro de Formación Empresarial (FOREM) of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santiago. He has a strong command of both English and his native Spanish, bringing a solid academic foundation and valuable experience to our legal team.
