Francis Gil is the partner in charge of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Unit and the Managing Partner of the firm. His professional practice has been focused on litigation, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration, constitutional law, administrative law, contract law, commercial law, tort law, banking law, contracts involving public or private entities, corporate affairs, as well as telecommunications and industrial property.
Additionally, Francis Gil serves as a judicial interpreter and arbitrator at the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Court of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and Production Inc.
He holds a Bachelor of Law (2009), Summa Cum Laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and a Master’s in Business Law (2010) from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, Spain. He has completed studies in contract law, tort law, human rights, international law, constitutional law, telecommunications law, and industrial property. In addition to his native Spanish, he is proficient in English.
