Awarded a Bachelor of Law (2017), summa cum laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago, Dominican Republic. He also holds an LL.M. in Environmental Law within the field of international environmental law, climate change, EU environmental law and sustainable development from Stockholm University (2026), Sweden. Likewise, an LL.M. in Advanced Legal Sciences (2020) from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in Barcelona, Spain. He has completed various courses, workshops, seminars and conferences in environmental law, administrative law, sustainable development, global warming and climate change, legal argumentation, constitutional law, criminal law, commercial law and corporate practice, real estate law, international law, tort law, commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, civil law, intellectual property, legal writing and research techniques, telecommunications law, labour and social security law, and bioethics and law.
He currently leads the International, Environmental and Administrative Law Unit and serves as a litigation attorney in the firm’s Criminal Litigation Practice Group and its Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Constitutional, Real Estate Property, Intellectual Property and Labour Law Litigation Unit. In addition to his native language, Spanish, he is also fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Swedish. He is also accredited as a court interpreter and legal translator for the Portuguese language.
