Juan Ángel Rosario González focuses his practice primarily on commercial law, corporate and business law, while also providing support in banking and finance law, litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, real estate law, inheritance law, among other areas.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) Summa Cum Laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago (2023), where he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law. A lawyer with valuable experience since he began his career as a paralegal at our firm, making significant contributions to our team. He is highly proficient in both his native Spanish and the English language.
He has also completed various courses, diplomas, workshops, and seminars in different areas of law, including company law, civil enforcement procedures, monetary and financial regulatory law, real estate law, new technology law, arbitration, and international trade, among others. He participated in academic activities as an active member of the Law Students' Association, solidifying his position as a well-rounded and valuable professional for our firm.
