Lorena Cristina Fermín Fernández is a qualified lawyer who has been part of our firm since early 2021, specializing in various areas of law, including corporate law, commercial law, real estate, inheritance law, contracts, and others.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) in 2023, Summa Cum Laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago, where she played a key role as the Director of Finance and Sponsorship for the Law Students' Association, bringing with her a solid academic background and a strong commitment to excellence in legal practice. She has supplemented her legal knowledge through active participation in various conferences, workshops, and seminars, providing her with a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of various legal fields.
Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Corporate Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), she has also completed a Diploma in Company Law from Centro de Formación Empresarial (FOREM). In addition to her native Spanish, she possesses highly advanced proficiency in both English and French, offering a unique combination of legal, linguistic, and leadership skills to our firm.
